DHS New Student Enrollment Process

TAKE ALL of the following REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to Dinuba High School South Campus office.

 

-Proof of Address (CURRENT utility bill, home owners or rental agreement preferred)

-Birth Certificate/Passport

-Immunization Record (Tdap Booster required)

-IF APPLICABLE: A copy of IEP, 504 Plan, or Special Education documents.

 

If your child has been expelled, suspended, on probation or has been in Boot Camp/Juvenile Hall, please call the district office at 559-595-7212 to setup an appointment. This appointment will determine if we proceed with the enrollment process at DHS.

 

Once you provide the required documents, the school will request the following records.

-Official Transcript

-Discipline Records 

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS

You will need a computer to pre-register at DHS. If you need access to a computer, please call the number below to make an appointment.

COUNSELOR APPOINTMENT:

When Steps 1 & 2 are completed we will call you to make an appointment with the counselor to schedule the student’s classes. For any further questions please call the Registrar/Data Specialist at 559-595-7220 x 2724.
